Anna Svensson, co-lead of the energy initiative at AI Sweden, Sweden's national center for applied AI, is a dedicated expert in sustainable innovation and energy technology, with a background spanning from solar cells to artificial intelligence.
Currently, as co-lead of the energy initiative at AI Sweden, she and her team spearhead the use of AI to create a smarter and more resilient energy system.
Previously, she served as the Chief Innovation Officer at a solar energy group, where she played a key role in developing building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV) and forming cross-sectional innovation partnerships.
Anna holds a Master of Science in Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and is passionate about design and product development. She has represented Sweden in IEA (International Energy Agency) PVPS Task 15, which focuses on BIPV, and is currently a board member of the SOLVE Solar Electricity Research Center in Sweden. She is a strong advocate for green technology and envisions a future where sustainability and innovation go hand in hand.
