All papers will be screened and reviewed by the conference Technical Committee under the direction of the International Advisory Committee. Eligible papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, which will be available during the Conference and included in the registration package.

Important Dates
- February 01, 2025: Submission system opens
- March 15, 2025: Abstract / Paper submission due
- May 01, 2025: Acceptance nofification
- June 01, 2025: Submission of revised paper
To be eligible for conference proceeding, awards competitions, and special issue:
- A full paper must be submitted by April 30, 2025
- A presenter of the paper must be registered with fee payment by August 1, 2025.
- Each presenter can present at most 2 abstracts/papers at the conference.

Word/Page Limit
Abstracts must be no longer than 500 words and strictly within one page.
Full-length papers typically vary from 6 to 10 pages.
Abstract/Paper Review and Selection
Abstracts/Papers will be reviewed according to the following criteria:
- Conference Scope: Is the submission within the scope of the conference?
- Original Data and Results: What are the results, impact, and outcomes?
- Relevance, Impact, and Importance: What are the implications of the findings? Why is this abstract important to the environment, economy, and society?
- Quality of Abstract: The abstract must be well-written and demonstrate thought and attention to detail. The abstract must be clearly written with background, clear and sound methodology, original data and results, as well as a conclusion.
All accepted abstracts/papers are required to be presented orally, and decisions are final based on the abstract/paper submitted by the deadline.
Conference Proceedings
All accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference Proceedings available during the Conference and included in the registration package.
